MV Library/Lounge Addition, Study I
LOCATION
NOTES
This is an almost-complete makeover of a flat Mid-Century modern facade with outdated elements. The addition integrates a new garden terrace that actively engages the street frontage. Those passing by won't be able to miss the monumental porte-cochere and flanking garden patios. The library on the second floor rolls out a set of grand stairs leading up to the terrace. Bold and definitive, the new addition is meant to inject a sense of presence with a tinge of luxury into the community. Residents would be able to enjoy hospitality-like amenities while calling it home.
